What we’re going to do is |
We’re going to look at how to compare sequenced DNA both using the traditional disclosed techniques and then using the Undisclosed approach. |
So the point is we’ve worked out how to |
compare sequenced DNA without disclosing the sequence of the DNA & This is an illustrative example to show how that works. |
So let’s first start with the disclosed DNA approach. |
Now one of the things that you classically do when you’re doing a card trick is you get people to check that they [the cards] aren’t fiddled. |
What we’re actually going to do here is |
we’re going to show that they are fiddled, because they are in an order, just as our DNA is in a specific order. |
So what I’m going to do is, |
I’m going to ask each player to take three cards & that’s going to represent their DNA. |
