What we’re going to do is

We’re going to look at how to compare sequenced DNA
both using the traditional disclosed techniques
and then using the Undisclosed approach.

        

So the point is we’ve worked out how to
compare sequenced DNA
without disclosing the sequence of the DNA
&
This is an illustrative example to show how that works.

        

So let’s first start with the disclosed DNA approach.
Now one of the things that you classically do
when you’re doing a card trick
is you get people to check that they [the cards] aren’t fiddled.

        

What we’re actually going to do here is

we’re going to show that they are fiddled,
because they are in an order,
just as our DNA is in a specific order.

        

So what I’m going to do is,
I’m going to ask each player
to take three cards &
that’s going to represent their DNA.
